Orders are processed in the order they are received.   Processing times can vary depending on the time of the year. Our current processing time is aproximately 7 to 14 business days.  (Please note that this is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping, this does not include the actual shipping time it takes for your order to ship from us to you.) Also if we are having a sale, our Tat time may be longer.  Start counting the day after your order is placed, don't include weekends as these are not business days nor are holidays.  Thanks

 Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Idaho.

Local orders can be picked up/delivered with no shipping charge!

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, no two items are ever exactly alike.  Also due to the handcrafted nature we cannot accept returns unless an item is found defective.  We do not give cash refunds under any circumstances however we will gladly replace the product with the same item.

Bath & Body items and soaps are non-returnable for the  health and safety of our customers.  Everyone has different body chemistry and most will never have an issue with any of our body products. Should any irritation occur, please discontinue use of the product immediately. Should the irration persist, please seek medical advice.  Dairy-Aire Crafts and Gifts will assume no responsibility for allergic reactions to our products. We will also not be responsible for medical expenses ect.  We are sure you understand this and thank you very much for that understanding.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders where the customer did not like the scent chosen. Scents are subjective and every nose is different. We encourage our customers to sample scents by purchasing smaller items before buying larger quantities.  We do not offer refunds on any custom blend.  You as the customer chose the blend and we will not accept returns on it because you don't like the combination.

We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders where the customer did not like the color chosen or the scent. Colors can differ from batch to batch.
